Transplant Doula work is a brand new discipline for doulas to explore.

As of March 17, 2024 this includes:

• Monthly themes. Every month, we dig into one aspect of transplant doula work. This varies in subject matter—from mindset to transplant education to doula business growth. 
• Monthly group coaching. Spinning off the monthly theme, we come together as a group to further explore the monthly theme and hold a hot-seat format session where members get the opportunity to openly share and receive group feedback, support,e tc.
• Monthly one-on-one coaching. Office hours with founder Michelle Montgomery allow you to schedule time to connect and dig further into your doula work. This time can be used for anything, including but not limited to practice building support. 
• Weekly prompts. Guided by the monthly theme, weekly prompts help us explore different aspects of the monthly theme as a community. This promotes deep conversation and reflection.
• Additional training and courses. We are consistently creating new courses for your continuing education across doula work, business, and marketing.
• Events, workshops, and more! Continuing education is a key part of a transplant doula's ability to support their clients, so we love to host virtual events, workshops, talks, and more—planned by the Transplant Doula, or any member of the community.
• Ongoing support. Access to the community means you can tap into the support of all members at any time. We encourage members to share their work, ask questions, and lift one another up.
• Resource library and templates.  One thing we pride ourselves on is the quality of our courses and the resources we share with our members. From actionable guidebooks, research papers, plug-and-play templates for your doula business...the list is long.

It has long been my mission to support organ failure patients, transplant patients, and living organ donors...but the idea of equipping more people with the knowledge they need to do this work never occurred to me until a friend sat me down and said, "This is so much bigger than you."

Now, I work diligently to ensure that the Transplant Doula program offers the latest in educational material and methods. I also use my 12+ years of experience as a business and marketing strategist to further support members in the development and growth of their doula practice—because your success is a rising tide that lifts all of us committed to this discipline.
